Application Eligibility

  1. Those who have completed 12 years or more of school education in their home country or a foreign country
  2. Those who aim to go on to a vocational school in Japan
  3. Those who have someone who can reliably cover the tuition and living expenses required for studying in Japan and who can provide documentation to prove the person’s asset accumulation process.
  4. Applicants must have Japanese language proficiency equivalent to the following levels at the time of application:
    ・ 2-Year Academic Japanese Course: 150 hours or more of Japanese language study experience or a certificate equivalent to Level 5 of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT)
    ・ 1.5-Academic Japanese Course: 350 hours or more of Japanese language study experience or a certificate equivalent to Level 4 of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT)
  5. Those who are 18 years of age or older at the time of enrollment

Selection Method

  1. Submit the required documents during the application period and pay the application fee of 20,000 yen.
  2. Selection will be based on a document review, interview, and written test. Please note that the application fee will not be refunded regardless of whether you are accepted or rejected.
    ※For Sri Lankan applicants, the interview will also be conducted in English. During the interview, you will be asked questions in English, such as whether you can have simple conversations about familiar topics commonly used in work and school, and whether you can introduce yourself, your reasons for applying, your career path after graduation (what you want to study at vocational school), and your career path after graduating from vocational school. If there are no problems, you will be deemed to have passed.

We offer both morning and afternoon classes. All classes are held from Monday to Friday.

Documents related to the financial supporter

Required documents Remarks
Letter of Financial Support Prescribed form of our school
Documents proving the relationship between the financial supporter and the applicant. Official documents such as a notarized family relationship certificate, birth certificate, or family register, etc.
Certificate of employment If self-employed, a copy of the business license.
Bank Balance Certificate Must be in the name of the financial supporter, issued within the last three months, and showing sufficient funds to cover tuition and living expenses during the period of study.
Tax payment certificate A document confirming the amount of taxes paid for the past one year.
Proof of Source of Funds Documents such as bank transaction statements for the past one year.

Tuition and Fees

The application fee will be invoiced at the time of application submission. After the Immigration Services Agency of Japan issues the Certificate of Eligibility (COE), we will invoice the first-year tuition and fees. Upon confirmation of payment, the Certificate of Eligibility will be sent.

Application to Enrollment Process

STEP.1Submission of Documents and Payment of the Application Fee Submit the required documents and pay the application fee.
STEP.2First Screening Document screening.
STEP.3Second Screening Applicants are required to take an interview and a written examination.
STEP.4Application for Certificate of Eligibility (COE) Our school applies for the COE at the Immigration Services Agency of Japan.
STEP.5Issuance of the Certificate of Eligibility (COE) The result of the COE application is issued by the Immigration Services Agency.
STEP.6Payment of Tuition and Fees We will invoice the first-year tuition and fees excluding the application fee.
STEP.7Issuance of the Letter of Admission After confirmation of payment, a Letter of Admission will be issued.
STEP.8Sending of the Certificate of Eligibility (COE) and Letter of Admission After confirmation of payment, the COE and the Letter of Admission will be sent.
STEP.9Visa Application at a Japanese Embassy or Consulate After receiving the COE, please apply for a student visa.
STEP.10Arrival in Japan and Enrollment Please arrive in Japan by your enrollment date.

Others

About part-time jobs

If permission to engage in activities other than those permitted under the status of residence is granted, students may work part-time for up to 28 hours per week, provided that it does not interfere with their studies.
