Principal’s Message
Our school’s educational philosophy is to provide education tailored to the goals of each individual student and to cultivate young people who can serve as bridges between different cultures, adapt smoothly to Japanese society and culture, and thrive in diverse environments.
Based on this philosophy, our experienced teachers provide academic instruction, guidance on further education, and daily life support, helping students successfully advance to vocational schools.
Toride City in Ibaraki Prefecture is conveniently located just 40 minutes by train from central Tokyo, and is also blessed with abundant nature and greenery. the cost of living is lower than in Tokyo, making it an ideal place for both living and studying.
Through the sharing of expertise, information exchange, and personnel collaboration with our Ikebukuro Campus, our school provides high-quality lessons at the Toride Campus as well.
We look forward to welcoming students who wish to pursue and achieve their dreams in Japan.

About the School
Toride City in Ibaraki Prefecture, where our school is located, is a comfortable and livable city about 40 minutes by train from the Tokyo area.
Compared to Tokyo, the cost of living is lower, allowing students to focus on their studies with less financial burden. The city is well equipped with daily necessities such as supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, and cafés, and also offers abundant natural surroundings, including parks and riverside walking paths, creating a calm environment for studying Japanese.
Every August, a large fireworks festival attracting over 120,000 visitors is held, and the city also promotes arts and culture through various projects.
For international students, Toride is a convenient city where it is easy to balance study and daily life while enjoying nature and local culture.
