International Academy Japanese Language Institute, Toride Campus, was certified as an accredited Japanese language education institution by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) in October 2025, and is scheduled to open in April 2026.

In preparation for the opening, we visited the Ibaraki Prefectural Government on March 25, 2026, to pay a courtesy visit to Vice Governor Iwashita and to exchange views regarding future collaboration with the local community.

During the visit, we reported that our campus is scheduled to open in April 2026 and that we plan to accept international students in the near future.

In recent years, as the number of foreign residents in Japan has increased, local governments have been promoting initiatives for multicultural coexistence. In line with this trend, we conveyed our intention to actively participate in local events and community activities to promote cross-cultural exchange.

As a member of the local community, we will continue to work in cooperation with relevant organizations and local residents to promote educational activities that contribute to the realization of a multicultural society.
