Flow from Application to Enrollment

College Preparatory Course【For those who obtain a college student visa】

STEP.1Application Contact our school or a study abroad agency that handles your application, and get information about the interview schedule and procedures.
STEP.2Admission Screening Interview with the applicant and a written examination in the applicant’s home country.
STEP.3Application After passing the screening, please prepare the necessary documents as written in the application guideline and send them to our institute. The school will apply for a college student visa at the Tokyo Regional Immigration Bureau on behalf of the applicant.
STEP.4Issuance of Certificate of Eligibility The Tokyo Regional Immigration Bureau will issue a Certificate of Eligibility on behalf of the applicant. Upon receiving the Certificate of Eligibility, we will send a copy of the Certificate of Eligibility and an invoice for tuition fees to the student or to the study abroad agency. Once payment of tuition fees has been confirmed, the original Certificate of Eligibility and an entrance ceremony invitation will be sent to the student.
※The schedule from the time of application to the announcement of the screening results by the Tokyo Regional Immigration Bureau is as follows.

STEP.5Obtaining a college student visa Please bring the original Certificate of Eligibility sent by the school, passport, and Letter of Admission to the Japanese Embassy or Consulate abroad for visa issuance procedures.
STEP.6Before coming to Japan Please contact us in advance if you do not plan to live with relatives or friends and wish to be introduced to a dormitory or to be met at the airport on the day of your arrival in Japan.
STEP.7Entrance Ceremony After the entrance ceremony, a level test will be held to determine the class you will be placed in.

Short-term course【For those who already have a status of residence or those who are staying in Japan for a short period of time】

Those who apply from within Japan
STEP.1School visit
Appointment for class observation
For students in the short-term course, there is no need to prepare any documents in advance because there is no need to apply for a college student visa. Please make an appointment and bring your passport or alien registration card to visit the school and observe a class. You can observe a class for one day free of charge.
STEP.2Enrollment Procedures After the visit, those who decide to enroll in the school will take a level test to determine their class, and then complete the enrollment procedures at the school office.
For those who apply from outside Japan
STEP.1Application Short-term course students do not need to apply for a college student visa, so there is no need to prepare any documents in advance. Those who apply from outside of Japan should contact our institute or the study abroad agency that will handle the application procedures.
STEP.2Before coming to Japan Students who do not plan to live with relatives or friends and wish to be introduced to a dormitory or to be picked up at the airport on the day of arrival in Japan should contact us in advance.
STEP.3Enrollment Procedures After taking a placement test to determine the class you will be placed in, please complete the enrollment procedures at the school office to be admitted.
